As seen in this before photos this building was a bit run down when it came to us for painting. It had definitely seen better days, and now it was time to bring it back to life with a spectacular paint job.
Even though the stucco was in pretty good shape there were some areas that had to be worked on before the painting commenced.
The awning on the windows also received a coat of paint that made the building look brighter and cohesive.
The color chosen by the homeowners really complemented the greenery throughout the buildings and it also made it stand out as a new building.
Tenants can now be proud to live in a building which not only looks good but that it has also been taken care of.
The end result is a better looking apartment; better suited to call the attention of renters that would be proud to be living in beautiful apartment building.
