Chicago Painting Remodel
Chicago painting remodel was given to Paint Boy because it needed to be brought back to life with new color. Overall, the project needed maintenance on both the wood and the stucco.
In this project we matched paints accordingly for what they had before. The result is a stunning color that not only goes with the decor of the house but also it highlights the many components that make this house unique and beautiful.
This Chicago painting remodel had two components in which we needed to use different paints. The surfaces of the house were composed of wood and stucco. We use two different kinds of paint because they are easier to adhere to the surface we are painting with fewer coat but most importantly the coats will stay in place for years.
To accomplish a better pairing if you have use latex paint before then it is always better to use that when renewing the color of your house. Latex or oil paints can be mix but the preparation has to be done professionally to ensure that both paints will match and stay on the surface applied. If paints are mix and are not professionally applied the result can be bubbling or paint breaking and cost more to re-do the whole process.
